Radd Application User Agreement

1. Introduction to Radd Application

Radd is a mobile application crafted to help urban residents monitor nighttime noise caused by intimate couple activities in neighboring households, with the core goal of enhancing overall living comfort for all users. The app offers a comprehensive set of functional tools to address noise-related sleep disruptions and daily life disturbances, and this User Agreement clearly outlines the terms and guidelines for the use of all Radd functionalities.

By accessing, opening, or using any feature of the Radd application, you confirm that you have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the content in this Agreement, you must immediately cease all access and use of Radd.

2. Scope of Application Use

Radd is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use by individual residents who aim to monitor, record, and manage neighborhood noise issues in a rational manner. The core functional scope of Radd covers, but is not limited to, the following key features:

• Real-time environmental noise monitoring with automatic noise threshold recording and dynamic visualization of noise trend charts
• Intelligent classification and precise marking of different types of noise events, including structural noise, creaking sounds, and voice-related noise
• Customizable sleep protection mode equipped with multiple high-quality audio tracks to effectively mask disruptive environmental noise
• AI-powered intelligent conversation interface to generate personalized and appropriate communication scripts for discussing noise issues with neighbors
• Interactive resident map feature supporting the addition of categorized markers for noise-prone areas in residential communities
• Secure encrypted storage of conversation records, noise monitoring logs and app activity logs, with full support for exporting all data as CSV files with user-defined filenames

Users are strictly prohibited from using Radd for any illegal, harmful, unethical or improper purposes, including but not limited to invading the privacy of others, fabricating or falsifying noise monitoring data, harassing neighbors, or using the app for commercial profit-making activities. All usage behaviors of Radd must be consistent with the original purpose of the app: improving residential living comfort and maintaining harmonious neighborhood relationships.

3. User Rights and Core Responsibilities

Basic User Rights:

• Free access to and use of all core and additional functionalities of Radd without the need for account registration, login or personal information submission
• Fully customize all app settings according to personal usage needs, including noise threshold values, sleep protection mode audio track selection, map marker styles and data export formats
• Securely store, view, edit and export all personal usage data (including noise logs, AI conversation scripts, map markers) in CSV format with self-defined filenames
• Provide real-time feedback on app performance, functional experience and bug issues to the Radd team, and participate in the optimization and improvement of the app
• Enjoy free functional updates and performance optimizations of the Radd application for personal use

Corresponding User Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all noise data collected, recorded and marked via Radd is true and accurate, based on real-life environmental observations, without intentional fabrication or falsification
• Use the AI-generated communication scripts in a polite, respectful and constructive manner when communicating with neighbors about noise issues, and avoid any aggressive or inappropriate language
• Do not share, distribute, forward or publish the app's internal content (including noise monitoring data, conversation logs, user settings) to third parties without legitimate and reasonable reasons
• Maintain the security of the mobile device used to run Radd, set a secure screen lock password, and prevent unauthorized access to personal usage data by others
• Abide by the relevant public norms and community regulations of the residential area when using Radd, and avoid causing new conflicts or disputes with neighbors due to the use of the app

4. App Functionality Updates and Maintenance

The Radd development team reserves the right to update, modify, optimize or enhance the app's functionalities, interface design and user experience at any time according to user feedback and technical development needs. Such updates may include adjustments to noise monitoring algorithms, addition of new audio tracks in sleep protection mode, optimization of the resident map's interactive experience, upgrades to the AI conversation feature's script generation capability, and fixes for known app bugs.

Users will be notified of major functional updates and interface changes via in-app pop-up prompts, and minor bug fixes, performance optimizations and experience adjustments may be implemented without prior separate notice. The app adopts advanced local persistence technology to ensure the complete continuity of user data across different usage sessions, and all app updates will not affect locally stored user data unless explicitly stated in the update notes and confirmed by the user.

5. Limitation of Liability for App Usage

Radd is designed to provide auxiliary technical tools for noise monitoring, recording and neighborhood communication, and the Radd development team shall not be held responsible for any disputes, conflicts or unpleasant incidents arising between users and neighbors due to the use of Radd or the information generated by the app. The accuracy of noise monitoring data is affected by the hardware conditions of the user's mobile device (such as microphone performance) and the actual environmental conditions, and the Radd team does not guarantee 100% absolute accuracy of the monitoring data.

The AI-generated conversation scripts are provided for reference only, and the content is generated based on general communication scenarios. Users are responsible for adjusting and modifying the script content according to the actual neighborhood communication situation and the relationship with neighbors. The Radd development team shall not be liable for any adverse consequences or results arising from the user's direct use of the AI-generated scripts without modification.

6. Termination of App Use

Users may terminate their use of Radd at any time and for any reason by simply uninstalling the app from their mobile device. Upon termination of use, all locally stored user data (including noise logs, conversation records, map markers and app settings) will be retained on the original mobile device unless manually deleted by the user, and the user can re-access the data if reinstalling Radd on the same device.

The Radd development team reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user's access to and use of the app if the user is found to be in serious violation of this Agreement, such as using the app for malicious purposes, fabricating false data to slander others, or causing serious negative impacts on the community. In such cases, the Radd team will notify the user via the official contact information provided in this Agreement if necessary.
